Get Ready for Your Stay
Advice and recommendations
To help lessons run smoothly, please:
- Arrive 10 minutes early at the meeting point indicated in your confirmation email and on the MyESF app. Being on time ensures a smooth start, and any time lost due to late arrival will be deducted from your lesson.
- Make sure you have a valid ski pass before your lesson begins. The ski pass is not included in the lesson price and is required to use the ski lifts.
- Equipment is not provided: please make sure it is suitable for the participant’s height, weight and ability level.
- Wearing a helmet is strongly recommended, along with appropriate protective equipment for activities such as Competition and Freestyle.
- Bring suitable equipment and clothing: warm, waterproof clothing appropriate for the outdoor temperature (ski trousers and jacket), a hat, mittens or gloves, sunglasses or goggles, and sunscreen.
Important Information
- Online bookings close 10 days before your arrival. If you have been unable to book online, please contact us by telephone or via our contact form so that we can check availability and arrange a booking for you.
- During the high-altitude skiing season, we recommend booking before your stay to ensure instructor availability.
- Weather conditions and ski lift breakdowns are beyond the control of our instructors.
- esf reserves the right to cancel or combine lessons if there are fewer than 4 participants.
- esf does not provide insurance for participants. We recommend taking out Assur'Glisse insurance.
- Cancellation and/or holiday interruption insurance is also available when booking online.
